From the 5th to the 25th of September fieldwork activities were carried out on the island of Rab, at the Lukovac and st. Damian site.
At Lukovac excavations were carried out at several areas of the site, revealing a wealth of new data on the organisation of the settlement, its phases and the activities carried out there. On the hilltop fort of st. Damian activities of documentation were carried out, enabling us to generate a new layout of the site and collect new data on its cisterns. At both site samples of mortar were collected from all structures, while sediments from all excavated layers and features were wet sieved and macroremains were collected for further analyses.
